Spare parts
This website includes Paypal ‘Add to cart’ buttons on most of the items. To buy any of the spare parts use the button with each item which will then be added to your cart. Shipping costs will be worked out according to size and weight of the parts. Checkout will take you to the Paypal website to enter your address details before paying by credit or debit card.

Traps
Customers can purchase any of the traps using the ‘Buy now’ buttons which will take you to the Paypal website to enter your address details before paying by credit or debit card.You can also pay by bank transfer or cheque. Delivery
Delivery charges quoted on this website relate to most UK Mainland deliveries, there may also be a surcharge for delivery to all other areas. Delivery charges and surcharges for remote parts of Scotland, Highlands and Islands, UK off-shore islands including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and everywhere else will be quoted at the time of purchase, please ask before you buy.

Spare parts will be posted on the next working day. An estimate of the delivery period can be given at the time of purchase and we will endeavour to have your parcel delivered during that time using an appropriate delivery service. Collections and deliveries of traps will not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Mornings and afternoons cannot be specified.

There is no guarantee that any delivery service will deliver within the advertised time frame, for example, a 24hr or next day service may take 3-5 days to reach some parts of Scotland due to normal delivery practices because of geographical location or unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery to take place. We will not be held responsible for any courier or delivery agent’s actions or delays once your purchase leaves our premises.

Traps will not always be delivered exactly as photographed, basic tools may be needed to rebuild your trap as it could be sent ‘flat packed’ to keep down courier costs and to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. Parts such as throwing arms, springs and levers for instance may have to be refitted. Photographs will remain on the website for a time to help with your rebuild and I’m always available for advice if you need it.
